Website Integration Guide

Maximise your website's potential with affordable, feature-rich booking solutions

In today’s competitive online marketplace, it’s essential for holiday rental websites to offer advanced features that meet guest expectations. However, developing and integrating advanced features into your website can often come with a hefty price tag. With iPRO’s Holiday Booking Management system, you can effortlessly enhance your website’s functionality to provide a seamless booking experience for your guests, right out-of-the-box. This means you can meet guest expectations and compete with industry giants without breaking the bank.

How to list, search and book stays from your short-term rentals website And avoid expensive website development

Step 1: Integrate the iPRO Search Plugin

Start by integrating the iPRO search plugin to enable property and holiday searches on your website. There are two main search forms available:

Homepage Search: A simplified search form with limited criteria for quick browsing.
Advanced Search Filter: Displayed on the Search Results page, this filter allows guests to refine their search based on specific preferences.

Step 2: Implement the booking form

Once guests find a property they’d like to book, they’ll need a convenient booking form. iPRO offers three options for implementing the booking form:

1. Single Month Calendar

A booking form with a one-month calendar display.

2. Two-Month Dropdown Calendar

A booking form featuring a dropdown menu for selecting dates spanning two months.

3. Multi-Month Calendar

Combines a calendar display with the booking form, offering flexibility to show three, six, or nine months at a time.

Step 3: Integrate the iPRO Checkout Page

Streamline the booking process by integrating the iPRO checkout page. This feature offers:

A familiar booking experience for guests.
Opportunities to offer additional services and upsells.
Discounts and promotional offers.
Support for popular payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal.
Customizable confirmation messages and brand elements to maintain your website’s identity.

How the integration works

There are two methods for integrating the booking form and checkout page:

In-Page Integration: Embed the booking form directly into your website to retain your website address (URL). Guests won’t see any changes in the URL during the booking process.
Redirect to iPRO: Utilise a secure subdomain (e.g., secure.my-website-address.com) to redirect guests to iPRO’s booking system while maintaining website branding. Pages are fully responsive for a seamless user experience.
